Ezra Ryan Jackson, a 16-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically passed away on April 10, 2015. He was the son of Dana Mayfield-Jackson and Patrick Jackson, Sr., and had two siblings, Patrick Jr. and Nicholas Jackson.
