On December 28, 2014, Xiomara Leon, a 34-year-old woman from Crowley, Texas, tragically lost her life along with her two teenage daughters, Linda Gonzalez, 18, and Yasmine Zavala, 13. The incident occurred at their home on Kennedy Drive, where they were found dead by police responding to a report of a suicide attempt. The sole survivor was Leon's 9-year-old son, who witnessed part of the attack and called for help.
