John Glenn Grimsley, a former NFL player, died on February 6, 2008, at the age of 45, in Missouri City, Texas. He was found dead in his home from an apparent gunshot wound. The discovery was made shortly after a 911 call was placed on the morning of the incident. Investigators initially believed that the death was accidental and not a result of foul play.
