John Anthony "Rocky" Riojas, a 37-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was a dedicated officer with the San Antonio Police Department. On the night of February 2, 2001, Officer Riojas responded to a disturbance call at an apartment complex on the Northwest Side of San Antonio.
