Elizabeth Williams Wolcott, aged 48, was tragically murdered on August 5, 1967, in Georgetown, Texas. She was found shot in her bed along with her husband, Gordon Bloomfield Wolcott, and their 17-year-old daughter, Elizabeth "Libby" Wolcott. The family was well-known in the community, and the murders shocked the small town.
