In the winter of 1998, 78-year-old Ottomar A. Schramm, a male, was admitted to Easton Hospital in Pennsylvania for treatment following a seizure. His condition appeared to be improving, but his health took a sudden and unexpected turn for the worse. Despite the medical team's efforts, Schramm's condition continued to deteriorate, and he passed away on December 31, 1998.
