Steven Tuomi

Steven Walter Tuomi, a 24-year-old White man, disappeared in Milwaukee in 1987 and was later identified by serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer as one of his victims. Federal records list Tuomi's date of birth as December 19, 1962, making him 24 at the time of the events later described by Dahmer.
