Roy Caban, a 42-year-old man, was fatally shot on January 28, 2021, inside a residence on Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia. He was found alongside another victim, 50-year-old Eric Flores, both suffering from gunshot wounds. Medical personnel pronounced them deceased at the scene. Caban resided on East Sedgley Avenue in Philadelphia.
