In the early morning hours of May 3, 2025, tragedy struck in Little Rock, Arkansas, when 21-year-old Sergio Toney, an African American male, was fatally shot. The Little Rock Police Department received a call around 5:38 a.m. and dispatched officers to a residence at 3010 South Cross Street.
