On a Sunday afternoon in Alma, Georgia, the life of 50-year-old Antonious Brinson, an African American man, was tragically cut short. On May 11, 2025, a vehicle drove by a residence on the 200 block of East 6th Street and multiple gunshots were fired toward the house. Brinson was struck by the gunfire.
