In the early hours of a Friday morning in April 2025, the life of 33-year-old McKinley Drakeford was cut short in a fatal shooting in southwest Atlanta. The incident occurred just after midnight on April 18th, on Newcastle Street, where Atlanta police officers were called to a home following a report of a shooting.
