In the early morning hours of a Sunday in Lawrenceville, Georgia, the life of 21-year-old Jeffery Gibson III was tragically cut short. On April 6, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., gunfire erupted outside of Dillons Sports Bar, located in a shopping center on Dogwood Road. When Gwinnett County police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered shell casings in two separate areas of the parking lot, one directly in front of the bar and another near a neighboring nail salon.
