Authorities in Immokalee, Florida, are investigating the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Jean Stevenson Aristilde, a male of Haitian descent, who was found dead in the early hours of March 10, 2025. Witnesses reported hearing a single gunshot before discovering Aristilde lying face down in a parking lot on South First Street. When deputies arrived, they found him unresponsive with a pool of blood surrounding him.
Emergency medical personnel confirmed that Aristilde had no pulse and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Law enforcement officials recovered a shell casing near Aristilde’s feet, but initial witness accounts did not provide a clear description of the shooter. The Collier County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation, and through their efforts, they identified a suspect in connection with the homicide. Authorities have issued a warrant for 42-year-old Archange Guillaume, a Broward County resident, on charges of second-degree murder. Guillaume, who is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 232 pounds, has a known presence in the Immokalee area despite his last registered address being in Pompano Beach.
The sheriff’s office is actively seeking Guillaume and has urged the public to provide any information that may lead to his arrest. Crime Stoppers has offered a cash reward for tips that result in an arrest, allowing individuals to remain anonymous while assisting in the investigation. As of now, the case remains open, with authorities continuing their search for the suspect responsible for the death of 32-year-old Jean Stevenson Aristilde, a male of Haitian descent.
