In the Hamilton Hills neighborhood of Baltimore, a life was cut tragically short on the night of March 21, 2025. Emerson Serrano-Zaldiba, a 17-year-old male, was found inside a residence on Perring Manor Road suffering from a gunshot wound. The call to police came in at approximately 10:49 p.m., reporting a shooting at the location.
