On a Sunday evening in Baltimore, the life of 23-year-old Diontavis Wallace Whitfield, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On February 23, 2025, at approximately 5:31 p.m., gunfire erupted in the 3600 block of Potee Street in the city's Brooklyn neighborhood.
