In the early hours of Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, the life of 19-year-old Devyon Dennis of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, was cut short by gunfire. An African American male, Dennis was inside his girlfriend's home in the Washington Estates mobile home park on Broadmore Drive in Canton Township when the fatal shooting occurred. The incident was reported to Washington County 911 at approximately 3:40 a.m. First responders arrived to find Dennis had been shot and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
