Jocelynn Marshall, a 35-year-old woman from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was tragically killed on December 19, 2024, in what authorities have described as a double homicide. The incident occurred inside a residence on the 1800 block of Diamond Street in North Philadelphia.
