On April 20, 2025, 18-year-old Kamron Juelz Taque was fatally shot in the early morning hours in South Dallas. The incident occurred around 3:35 a.m. in the 4300 block of South Malcolm X Boulevard. Dallas Police responded to reports of gunfire and discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
