Desmon Hampton Jr., a 37-year-old Black/African American man, was fatally shot during a violent confrontation outside Gold Diggers Gentlemen's Club on Milwaukee's north side on the night of April 17, 2025. The gunfire erupted at approximately 11:15 p.m. near North Hopkins Street and West Hampton Avenue. Milwaukee police responding to the scene found three people who had been shot.
