Jharvez Reid, a 33-year-old Black/African American man, was fatally shot following a late-night confrontation on Milwaukee's north side on January 24, 2025. Although the shooting occurred shortly before midnight, court records later reported that Reid was brought to a hospital just after midnight on January 25 and died less than 15 minutes after being admitted. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office subsequently identified him as the man killed in the shooting.
