In the autumn of 2013, the life of 31-year-old William Daniels, a Black / African American male from Birmingham, Alabama, was tragically cut short on Saturday, October 5, 2013. His passing was formally announced to the community, with funeral services scheduled for the following Saturday at Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church, Acipco, followed by his interment at New Grace Hill Cemetery.
