Randy Joe Carpenter, a 45-year-old man from Waco, Texas, tragically passed away following a violent incident that occurred on February 22, 2025. Authorities responded to reports of a gunshot wound at the 2600 block of Grim in Waco at approximately 12:50 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Carpenter suffering from critical injuries.
