Carlos Antonio Bugarin, 31, was tragically shot and killed on April 29, 2015, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was found at an apartment complex on North Rainbow Boulevard, where he had been fatally shot. Carlos was walking home from his job at Best Buy when the incident occurred. His death was a random act of violence, believed to be gang-related, although Carlos had no known connections to gang activity.
