Damon Omir Walker, a 37-year-old African-American male, was inside a Las Vegas apartment on March 11, 2014, when his life was cut short in a hail of bullets. The shooting occurred around 6 a.m. at an apartment situated near downtown Las Vegas on Bonanza Road.
