Khachik Safaryan, a 43-year-old Armenian man, was found shot to death in his Hollywood apartment on December 11, 2008. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of Tamarind Avenue, located in the Little Armenia neighborhood of Los Angeles. His 8-year-old daughter, Lusine, also of Armenian descent, was discovered dead alongside him, both victims of gunshot wounds to the head.
