Jahriel Huertas, 17, male, was shot on the evening of Friday, September 26, 2025, on the 4900 block of Keith Place in unincorporated Orange County, just outside Orlando. Deputies responded around 6 p.m. and found the teen suffering from gunshot wounds; he was rushed to a hospital and pronounced dead the following day. His name, age, and the timeline were released after next-of-kin notification as the Orange County Sheriff's Office opened a homicide investigation.
