On the evening of August 10, 2025, Teddy Verl Chapple, a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male, was shot and killed in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 5900 block of Oak Avenue, near South Arlington Avenue, on the city's east side.
