On a summer evening in Cordele, Georgia, the life of 18-year-old Ladarius Blanks was tragically cut short. On June 19, 2025, just before 7 p.m., gunfire erupted in the 700 block of South 12th Street, forever altering the lives of three young men and sending ripples of grief through the community. When officers from the Cordele Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered a grim tableau.
