A trip to New Orleans to celebrate her 33rd birthday ended in tragedy for Jessica Williams, a mother of two from Chicago. In the early morning hours of Sunday, September 28, 2025, Williams was walking on Bourbon Street with her sister when they inadvertently found themselves in the middle of a heated argument.
