In the early morning hours of Saturday, May 24, 2025, tragedy struck in west Macon, Georgia, when 62-year-old Isiah Macon was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Key Street at approximately 5:53 a.m. When deputies from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene, they discovered Mr. Macon unresponsive with a gunshot wound.
