In the late summer of 2025, the community of Darrow, Louisiana, was shaken by the violent death of 18-year-old TyJon Marquis Comery. On August 28th, deputies from the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence on Brown Extension Road following reports of gunfire.
