In the early morning hours, the sense of peace in a Baton Rouge neighborhood was shattered by a fatal act of violence. Frank DeAngelo Johnson, a 41-year-old male, was found with a gunshot wound on Byron Avenue around 6:30 a.m. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.
