In the late hours of August 3, 2025, the life of 26-year-old Sherpatrick Washington was tragically cut short inside her home in Shreveport, Louisiana. First responders were called to the residence located in the 1000 block of Dalzell Street, where they discovered Washington deceased. She had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:47 p.m. Her death marked the 24th homicide in the city of Shreveport that year and the 29th in Caddo Parish.
