In the early afternoon of June 3, 2025, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 5600 block of Regency Park Court in Suitland, Maryland. Inside an apartment, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, 32-year-old Myandre McBride, a male resident of Suitland, was pronounced dead at the scene.
