In the summer of 2025, the life of 64-year-old Floyd Scroggins, a male resident of Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of June 21st, officers from the Shreveport Police Department were dispatched to the 4100 block of Crosby Street following reports of a shooting.
