In the Broadmoor neighborhood of New Orleans, on the evening of May 28, 2025, the life of William Thibodaux, a 46-year-old white male, was tragically cut short. Responding to a call at approximately 5:27 p.m., New Orleans police officers arrived at a residence in the 3300 block of Napoleon Avenue to find a grim scene. Inside, Thibodaux had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
