In the small town of Campbell, New York, a dispute between neighbors escalated into a fatal encounter. On Sunday, July 6, 2025, New York State Police troopers responded to a call on Parker Road regarding a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered 53-year-old William C. Tong with a gunshot wound.
