On the night of September 9, 2025, in Portland's Lloyd District, 25-year-old male Hassani Abdi Musa was shot and killed. Officers from North Precinct were dispatched at 11:28 p.m. to reports of gunfire in the 500 block of Northeast Holladay Street.
