Isaiah Phillips, 17, male, was shot during a pool party on Sunday night, July 20, 2025, at The Henry at Liberty Apartments on Liberty River Drive in northeast Harris County, part of the Houston area. Deputies said 25 to 30 teenagers were gathered without parental supervision when gunfire erupted.
