In the early morning hours of October 15, 2025, the life of 35-year-old Velgenia Brown was cut short in a fatal shooting at a residence on High Street in Mobile, Alabama. Police responded to a call at approximately 1:15 a.m. and discovered Ms. Brown deceased inside the home.
