In the pre-dawn hours of November 6, 2025, the life of 15-year-old Dallis N. Rhone was tragically cut short in what police have described as a drive-by shooting in Ruston, Louisiana. A student at Ruston High School, the young male was asleep in his bed when gunfire erupted from a passing vehicle in the 700 block of Second Avenue at approximately 3:00 a.m. Bullets penetrated the walls of his family's home, striking and critically wounding him.
