In the North Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, a community was shaken by the violent death of 17-year-old Daniel Ramirez, a Latino male, on the evening of January 5, 2026. The fatal incident unfolded at approximately 8:15 p.m. in the 8700 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard, near Parthenia Street, a busy commercial area.
