In the early morning hours of January 2, 2026, Guadalupe Gonzalez, a 57-year-old woman, was tragically killed in a shooting in northwest Dallas, Texas. The incident, which also left another individual in critical condition, unfolded in the 11800 block of High Meadow Drive shortly before 5:30 a.m. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel responded to the scene and pronounced Gonzalez dead.
