Dominic Gallo was an 11-year-old White boy from Jersey City, New Jersey, who disappeared from his Mallory Avenue home and was later found dead on June 25th, 1985. In the days before his body was discovered, his neighborhood held onto hope with handwritten notices in storefront windows and merchants helping circulate missing-person signs bearing his smiling portrait.
