In the early morning hours of Monday, February 2, 2026, a shooting outside a club in the 2800 block of 7th Street Road in the Shively area of Louisville, Kentucky, left one man dead and another injured. Rodney Parker, a 26-year-old male, was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity.
