In the winter of 2026, the life of 20-year-old DaJour Ellison was tragically cut short in Wilmington, North Carolina. On the evening of Monday, January 26th, the sharp sound of gunfire pierced the air in the Creekwood neighborhood. When police arrived at the scene on Emory Street, they found Ellison suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Novant Health Regional Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
