On the evening of January 24, 2026, the life of 55-year-old Daryl Ellison of Thomasville, North Carolina, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting. The incident occurred at approximately 6:24 p.m. outside a Sheetz convenience store located at 1810 Liberty Drive in Thomasville.
