In the quiet evening of Sunday, February 15, 2026, the life of 18-year-old William Andre Scott Jr. was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. at the Maple Springs apartment complex on Maple Run Lane in Henrico, Virginia.
