In the small town of Corinth, Vermont, the life of 25-year-old Jeremy Kawalec came to a tragic end on the evening of February 14, 2026. Authorities were called to a residence on Richardson Road around 11:15 p.m. following a 911 call. Inside the home, they discovered Kawalec unresponsive; he was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel. An autopsy later confirmed that he died from a gunshot wound to the head.
