In the Red Bird neighborhood of Dallas, on the evening of February 9, 2026, a burst of violence cut short the life of 26-year-old Brandon Davis. Officers were dispatched to the 7300 block of Chaucer Place around 8:15 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Davis suffering from a gunshot wound.
